About Us

BibleInteract is a trans-denominational organization of Bible scholars, teachers and biblical archaeologists who share their knowledge of Scripture. Most importantly, they demonstrate skills and methods so others can also penetrate the depth of Scripture.

Mission Statement

BibleInteract, Inc., opens and sets forth the Scriptures in a way that encourages personal investigation of Scripture (Acts 17:3, 11) by focusing on a Hebraic way of thinking that  permeates the Old and New Testaments. BibleInteract nurtures, equips, and strengthens disciples in a relationship with the Lord Jesus by promoting a Hebraic perspective of biblical knowledge, wisdom, and reflection on spiritual matters. To achieve this mission, we promote self-study programs and provide numerous online, television, and radio teachings in order to accommodate the numerous possible directions in which the Lord is leading His people in ministry and service.

Wendy Hines

Wendy first experienced BibleInteract at a women’s conference in 2011. Shortly thereafter she enrolled in Dr. Davis’ Ancient Methods course and the Advanced Writing Course that followed. She then took both the Intermediate and Advanced Hebrew courses that changed the course of her life.

Wendy writes: “For more than 15 years I had experienced a desire to learn Hebrew, but until I discovered BibleInteract I had only dabbled in it. Then, with both the time and the lack of distractions to truly commit to my studies, I found the BibleInteract Hebrew courses to be very challenging but also very effective. They forever changed my Bible study and thus my life.”

After successfully completing the Hebrew courses, Wendy went on to become a teacher’s assistant to Dr. Davis, serving in that capacity until the live Hebrew class was retired.

As for Wendy’s personal life, she is a wife, mother, grandmother, homesteader, horse tamer, goat herder, and dog mom. In 2014, she, her husband Brett, and their seven children moved from suburban Texas to a remote area in Washington state. Unbeknownst to them before their move, there was neither cell phone service nor high-speed internet available at their new location! (Their family’s story was portrayed in the Discovery Channel TV series “Raising Wild.”)

While at first there was some withdrawal from what had formerly been a constant input of streaming content, Wendy began to think of her secluded location as a monastery of sorts, and began to pour herself into a pursuit of the knowledge of God. She explored the disciplines of fasting, silence, and  ordered daily prayer. It was at this time that she enrolled in Dr. Davis’ “Reading Biblical Hebrew” courses.

Seeing that Dr. Davis was offering the live class once more, she was thrilled and jumped at the opportunity to participate once again. Dr. Davis has requested, and she has accepted, an offer to become a BibleInteract teacher of Biblical Hebrew together with Dr. Davis. She has a desire to help people learn not only Biblical Hebrew but also the ancient methods of Bible study so they can uncover hidden mysteries about God using both the ancient methods and the original Hebrew of God’s Word.
