Dr. Harold Jenkerson is a Baptist preacher who had been working for some time on the concept of tabernacle imagery as a potential and powerful tool for counseling Christians who are going through hard times. During a discussion with Dr. Anne Davis, Dr. Jenkerson commented that the people who approached prayer with extreme confidence thought they could ring the doorbell of heaven and God would automatically answer.
